How We Work
Agent-driven automation with human governance. Real infrastructure, real results, real fast.
The Agent Pipeline
We use AI agents backed by enterprise-grade IaC to deliver cloud infrastructure with built-in governance. Here's how a typical engagement flows:
π₯ Intake β You describe what you need
π Officer reviews β Scopes the work, checks compliance
β Captain executes β Deploys using IaC landing zones
β Tests run β Automated validation + evidence capture
π Results published β Case study with real metrics
π Feedback loop β Patterns refined, templates improved
Our Principles
1. Plan β Test β Rollback
Every change follows ITSM discipline. We document what we're changing, validate before applying, and know how to undo it before we start.
2. Infrastructure as Code
Nothing is clicked in a portal. Terraform, Kubernetes manifests, and policy-as-code ensure every environment is reproducible and auditable.
3. Landing Zones
We deploy into pre-built, security-hardened landing zones with networking, IAM, monitoring, and compliance already configured. Your workloads inherit security by default.
4. Zero Trust
No implicit trust. Services authenticate via managed identity. Network access is deny-by-default. Secrets live in vaults, never in code.
5. Observable Operations
Log Analytics, health probes, budget alerts, and dashboards from day one. If we can't see it, we can't manage it.
6. Human Approval
AI agents propose. Humans approve. Every external-facing action requires explicit sign-off. No autonomous deployments to production without a human in the loop.

- AI: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini (multi-model orchestration)
See it in action
Our case studies are generated from real deploymentsβnot marketing copy. Every example includes actual Terraform plans, test results, and cost data.
